Happy Birthday to me!!

Even though my birthday's a few weeks away, we went ahead and bought my birthday presentCa. Technically, it's Shane's birthday present too. It's a Cannon Rebel XSI... and I love it!! Not that I know what to do with it yet. But I'm learning. The following pictures were just us playing around with it. Mostly just on the auto setting... but we did play around with the colors some. Half the pictures are posted as is. But it was taking a really long time to upload so the other half are saved at 25% so that they'd upload faster.

This isn't a great picture... except that it was taken when it was pitch black dark. I thought the quality was pretty good. Click on the picture and look at Savannah's face!! I think she just saw a ghost!!

This is us testing out the monochrome setting. And it shows how incredibly multi-talented I am. Yes, I'm dialing a number on the house phone, texting on my cell, reading email on my laptop, and holding Savannah. And you can't really see it in this picture but there's candy corn beside me that I'm eating.

My cousin's baby was needing to borrow something in this exact pink color. This outfit said it was 0-6 months but I thought it seemed bigger. I was taking this pic for a size comparison to show Michelle. You can tell how eager Savannah is to be a model!!

Savannah just chillin

Shane being Shane.

Savannah got a new hat and socks from her Bebe. It came in the mail at the exact same time we walked in with our new camera. Seemed like a great photo op!! Another view of the hat. But we hadn't put the socks on yet.
And this is what I look like when I'm blogging. Or emailing. Or talking on the phone. Or watching TV. Or reading. Or listening to music. Savannah's favorite spot. If you click on this one you can see Savannah's cavernous hemangioma pretty well. I think it's recently gotten bigger.

Classic Shane.

I don't know why but I really like this pic. Shane was playing around with some settings and I really like how it turned out. Kinda artsy...
