On Saturday Savannah did her first 5k for a really important cause... breast cancer research. The Race for the Cure is the largest series of 5k's in the country. We did the one in Birmingham this year. I'm sure there's one in your area. You should participate. It's also one of the best ways to get the Stookey's to come and visit. We'll do a race anytime, anywhere... granted we can get there. And with one stipulation... you put an "In Celebration of" tag on your shirt with Lauren Groovers name on it. There were so many people at this race!! It was the largest race I've been to.
